In addition, Geisinger offers growth opportunities through quality initiatives, innovation, and the Geisinger College of Health Sciences. Perioperative Services at Geisinger

At Geisinger, our Perioperative Services Institute is a cornerstone of patient care—supporting thousands of surgical
and procedural cases annually across a diverse and innovative health system. With a commitment to safety,
efficiency, and continuous improvement, our perioperative teams ensure every patient receives high-quality
care before, during, and after surgery.

Over the last 6 years, we have retained 29% of the learners from the 3 programs affiliated with the Anesthesia department (two SRNA programs and an in-house residency program).
