Designed for physicians to see fewer patients, emphasizing relationships, this is a VIP-style approach to primary care for people 65 and older. - General Internal Medicine:
Provides destination medicine, executive health, geriatric assessments, integrative medicine and an acute care clinic, in addition to conventional Internal Medicine practice. - Skilled Nursing Facility Program:
Medical director in a contracted skilled nursing facility. - LIFE (PACE Program):
Provides healthcare to adults 55 and older, including preventive care, medical care, social services and long-term care, when necessary.
