- Community Care - A Federally Qualified Health Center look-alike model affiliated with Geisinger.
- Geisinger 65 Forward (Senior-focused care)
Designed for physicians to see fewer patients, emphasizing relationship, this is a VIP-style approach to primary care for people 65 and older. - General Internal Medicine
Provides destination medicine, executive health, geriatric assessments, integrative medicine and an acute care clinic, in addition to a conventional Internal Medicine practice. - Skilled Nursing Facility Program
Medical director in a contracted skilled nursing facility. - LIFE (PACE Program)
Provides healthcare to adults 55 and older, including preventive care, medical care, social services and long-term care, when necessary.
