Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practitioner to join the Haley Family Practice healthcare team.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, perform diagnostic evaluations, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment plans. This role requires a strong background in internal medicine and the ability to manage various patient needs effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and medical histories.
  • Perform diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and treatment.
  • Maintain accurate medical records using EPIC or similar electronic health record systems.
  • Triage patients effectively to prioritize care based on urgency.
  • Provide education to patients and families regarding health management and wellness strategies.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Position Details

Qualifications

  • Primary Care: 1 year experience (Required)
  • Strong knowledge of internal medicine practices and procedures.
  • Experience with medical records management, including proficiency in EPIC.
  • Ability to perform essential procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
  • Strong critical thinking skills for effective diagnostic evaluation and triage of patients.

Education

Bachelor's Degree-Physician Assistant (Required), Master's Degree-Physician Assistant (Preferred)

Certification(s) and License(s)
