Manager Business Intelligence and Information Delivery
Job Summary
Responsible for assisting indelivering/communicating/presenting or delegating reports. Assists in the annual budgeting process for the department.
Job Duties
- Oversees and assists in the activities of the Clinical Reporting team to assure that the fields reported upon and summarization there of in all reports are created accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assists the Clinical Reporting team members, to assure that a draft layout of all requested reports is communicated to and agreed upon by the requester and customer in the timeframe specified on the report request.
- Develops and maintains an awareness and working knowledge of data appropriate applications and reporting tools.
- Discusses, communicates and assigns tasks in the implementation of solutions or outcomes of identified suggestions for operational changes desired or required to improve access to cost and utilization related data.
- Participates in sessions to learn and incorporate computer system resource consumption efficiencies into existing and newly developed reports and applications.
- Assists, as well as guides and trains the Clinical Reporting team in advanced analytic modeling, best practice tool usage, and review business intelligence to support strategic initiatives.
- Responsible for managing team, communicating and assigning tasks as appropriate, performing yearly performance evaluations, etc.
