Job Summary
The Geisinger Cancer Institute is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our growing Classical Hematology team at the renowned Geisinger Medical Center - Knapper Clinic in Danville, Pennsylvania. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a highly specialized hematology setting, caring for patients with a broad spectrum of benign and non-malignant blood disorders while collaborating with nationally recognized hematologists, subspecialists, and multidisciplinary teams. The Knapper Clinic is one of Geisinger’s flagship cancer and hematology centers, offering comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic services, cutting-edge clinical support, and a collaborative academic environment. The clinic supports a large provider team, including hematology/oncology physicians and advanced practitioners, with outpatient and inpatient consultative services.
Job Duties
Position Highlights
- Dedicated Classical Hematology practice focused on benign hematologic disorders
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of hematologists, oncologists, pharmacists, nurses, social workers, and specialty consultants
