Job Duties
This position is full-time, 40 hours weekly, days.
At least three (3) years of LPN work experience is required.

Position Details
The LPN - Supervisor directs and supervises support staff of the clinics.
- Supervises all clinical and clerical staff.
- Directly supervises all team leaders.
- Collaborates with Clinical leaders at the site.
- Recruits support and clinical staff.
- Coordinates training and orientation programs for all staff.
- Coordinates staffing plans and ensures that adequate and appropriate staff levels are in place Monitors and conducts performance appraisals.
- Addresses performance problems, initiating the discipline process if required.
- Intercedes on behalf of assigned personnel when problems are encountered with physicians, patients or other clinic personnel.
- Reviews and coordinates response to patient concerns and complaints.
- Manages local budget.
- Obtains necessary approvals and administers approved budget.
- Develops and maintains policies and procedures for Clinic sites.
- Assures adherence to regulatory agency requirements, safety standards and infection control procedures.
- Evaluates operations and recommends and implements changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Recommends and implements changes to improve staff education.
- Coordinates purchasing activity including, but not limited to, monitoring inventory and supervising the ordering of items as needed.
- Coordinates activities with other sections, departments, service lines and ancillary services.
- Acts as a liaison with other groups, both internal and external entities.

Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required)Experience
